The payment process isn't as smooth as expected and it doesn't support as many payment methods as I hoped. The website sometimes lags or freezes during recharge, and customer service is slow to respond. It's also not clear when payments are processed. If these issues were fixed it would be much more reliable.

The product was out of stock but they still let me buy it without telling me. Now I have to wait hours or even days for a refund.

I've been recharging here a long time and have spent over $20k, but there are never any discounts or special offers. Other platforms give coupons or cashback. It's disappointing not to see any rewards for loyal customers.
