Xena Live is a free group voice-party app for adults (18+) where coins pay for gifts, VIP and decorations. On Oct 22, 2026, the US App Store charges about $0.147 per 1,000 coins. You can top up Xena Live coins by numeric User ID for less. Just remember that every recharge is final.
I've spent plenty of nights in Xena rooms, and I've watched friends overpay, type the wrong ID or panic over coins that "vanished". This guide covers what the store pages and seller blogs leave out. That means what's new this month, what 1,000 coins actually cost on each channel, and what to do when something goes wrong.
What Xena Live is (and what it isn't)
Xena Live isn't a game, and it isn't really a video-streaming app. The stores list it as "Xena - Group Voice Party": voice chat rooms with PK team battles, Ludo, VIP perks and virtual gifts. Google Play calls it "an audio platform", and the official site promises "no video required".
Here's the snapshot I pulled from the official listings on Oct 22, 2026:
| Item | Android (Google Play) | iOS (App Store) |
|---|---|---|
| Store name | Xena - Group Voice Party | Xena - Group Voice Party |
| Latest version | 2.4.2.1 (updated Oct 14, 2026) | 2.4.01 (released Sep 10, 2026) |
| Requires | Android 6.0+ | iOS 14.0+, 310.9 MB |
| Rating | about 3.8★ (~64K reviews) | 4.2★ (844 US ratings) |
| Downloads | 10M+ | n/a |
| Age rating | Mature 17+ | 18+ (contains loot boxes) |
| Listed developer | Gmancal Studio (contact: Mico World Limited, Hong Kong) | Derinfy Pte. Ltd |
| In-app purchases | $0.49 – $99.99 per item | $0.49 – $99.99 (coin packs) |
Don't be surprised by the different company names. The Terms of Service say the service is operated by MICO WORLD LIMITED, the Play listing shows Gmancal Studio, and Apple shows Derinfy Pte. Ltd. The official site also has an APK download (v2.3.9.2, built Aug 7, 2026), which is older than the Play build. If you're on Android, update through Google Play.

A quick visual tour helps if you've never opened the app. This short English clip runs through the Play listing and the feature screens in about a minute:
Is the Xena app free?
Yes. Downloading and chatting cost nothing, and the App Store lists it as "Free" with in-app purchases. You only pay for coins, which buy gifts, decorations and VIP privileges.
The only free coins I'd trust come from inside the app: daily tasks and check-ins (shown in creator walkthroughs) and official events. Skip every "Xena free coins hack" or "mod APK" video. Xena's own guideline warns about phishing and says Xena will never ask for your password, and Play reviewers have reported spammers sending malware links.
Is Xena Live 18+?
Officially, yes. The Terms of Service require users to be 18 or older, and the App Store rates it 18+. Google Play shows Mature 17+. The rooms also include chance-based mini-games. In replies to reviews as recently as Oct 19, 2026, the developer itself tells players that "games involve wins and losses, so please spend within your limits."
Xena vs Xena Lite
Google shows "What is the Xena Lite app?" as a related question, and nobody answers it clearly. Here's what the listings show:
| Xena (Xena Live) | Xena Lite | |
|---|---|---|
| Android package | com.xparty.androidapp | com.xenalite.androidapp |
| Play developer | Gmancal Studio | Gmancal Studio (same) |
| Latest version | 2.4.2.1 (Oct 14, 2026) | 2.4.0.0 (Sep 8, 2026) |
| Downloads | 10M+ | 5M+ |
| Play rating | about 3.8★ | 4.2★ |
| Website | xenalive.com | xenalite.me (a near-empty landing page) |
Treat them as two separate apps. I found no official statement that coins or accounts carry over between them. Xena Live top-up products are labeled for Xena, so confirm which app your account lives in before you pay.
What's new in Xena Live this month
Most Xena articles online are still talking about the "Spring 2026 event". That event is long over. Here's what's current:
- Android 2.4.2.1 (Oct 14, 2026): performance and bug fixes, "made Xena more reliable".
- iOS 2.4.00 / 2.4.01 (Sep 3 and Sep 10, 2026): more reliable sending and receiving of messages.
- Earlier in 2026: Spanish and French added (2.3.60, May 28), video in posts (2.2.80, Jan 29) and better TikTok login (2.2.71, Jan 16).
- "The Ultimate Shadow Race" ran as a Google Play event and was ending around 23:30 (UTC+8) on Oct 22, 2026.
- Mystic Blend is the next official event, announced on the Xena blog on Oct 21, 2026.
Mystic Blend event (Oct 24–31, 2026)
It's for Pakistan and India and runs from Oct 24, 00:00:00 to Oct 31, 23:59:59 (UTC+5), which is Oct 24, 00:30 to Nov 1, 00:29:59 in IST. You collect five ingredients (Rose, Mint, Amber, Sandalwood, Iris) through tasks and blend three at a time. Rose raises your chance of an Xcoins reward but doesn't guarantee it.
| Perfumer Challenge | Requirement | Rewards |
|---|---|---|
| Junior | 5 blends + obtain a 20 Xcoins reward | Room background, badge, mic frame (3 days) |
| Intermediate | 20 blends + obtain a 100 Xcoins reward | Vehicle effect, chat bubble, badge, mic frame (7 days) |
| Senior | 50 blends + obtain a 2,000 Xcoins reward | Vehicle, honorary title, badge, mic frame, colorful nickname (15 days) |
There's also a leaderboard that gives 1 point per blend. The reward preview shows a YSL Black Opium 30ml, which isn't guaranteed. My advice: decide how much you'll spend before Oct 24, not halfway up the leaderboard.
What Xena coins really cost: a channel-by-channel comparison
This is the part nobody else has done properly. All prices below were checked on Oct 22, 2026 (UTC+8). The fairest comparison is cost per 1,000 coins: final price ÷ coins × 1,000.
Official in-app prices: US vs Saudi App Store
| Coins | App Store US | US per 1,000 | App Store Saudi (SAR) | Saudi in USD (3.75 peg) | Saudi per 1,000 | Saudi vs US |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3,350 | $0.49 | $0.146 | 2.49 | $0.66 | $0.198 | +35.5% |
| 6,700 | $0.99 | $0.148 | 4.49 | $1.20 | $0.179 | +20.9% |
| 33,500 | $4.99 | $0.149 | 22.49 | $6.00 | $0.179 | +20.2% |
| 67,500 | $9.99 | $0.148 | 44.49 | $11.86 | $0.176 | +18.8% |
| 202,500 | $29.99 | $0.148 | 132.99 | $35.46 | $0.175 | +18.3% |
| 406,800 | $59.99 | $0.148 | 264.99 | $70.66 | $0.174 | +17.8% |
| 680,000 | $99.99 | $0.147 | 434.99 | $116.00 | $0.171 | +16.0% |
Two things stand out:
- Big packs aren't a bargain in-app. The US price sits between $0.146 and $0.149 per 1,000 on every pack, so buying in bulk gets you no real volume discount.
- Where you live matters. The Saudi App Store costs 16–35% more in dollar terms than the US store. Xena's Terms say prices can vary with exchange rates and the payment provider's policies.
Third-party UID top-ups vs the App Store
I also checked the live BitTopup Xena page at about 22:43 (UTC+8) on Oct 22, 2026. The MENA tab showed the prices below. The page's own product data lists slightly higher figures for the same packs, about 10% above the displayed prices (for example, $3.676 vs $3.31 for 33,500 coins). Always go by the total shown at checkout.
| Coins | App Store US | BitTopup MENA (shown on page) | MENA per 1,000 | MENA per 1,000 (product data) | BitTopup GLOBAL (product data) | GLOBAL per 1,000 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3,350 | $0.49 | not offered | – | – | $0.459 | $0.137 |
| 6,700 | $0.99 | not offered | – | – | $0.898 | $0.134 |
| 33,500 | $4.99 | $3.31 | $0.099 | $0.110 | $4.437 | $0.132 |
| 50,000 | not offered | $4.96 | $0.099 | $0.110 | not offered | – |
| 202,500 | $29.99 | $20.00 | $0.099 | $0.110 | $26.632 | $0.132 |
| 406,800 | $59.99 | $40.18 | $0.099 | $0.110 | $53.275 | $0.131 |
| 680,000 | $99.99 | $67.16 | $0.099 | $0.110 | $88.791 | $0.131 |
| 1,000,000 | not offered | $98.76 | $0.099 | $0.110 | not offered | – |
So against the US App Store, MENA packs come out about 25–34% cheaper per coin. The range depends on whether you go by the product-data price or the lower on-page price. GLOBAL packs are about 6–11% cheaper. One honest note: the "42% OFF" badge on the page compares against BitTopup's own strike-through price, not against the app stores. The App Store comparison above is the one that matters.

The chart above uses product-data prices for BitTopup. That's why its MENA bars sit at $0.110 rather than the $0.099 shown on the page. Buffget's default tab works out to about $0.116 per 1,000.
For the biggest common pack, here's how the main channels I checked compare:

| 680,000-coin pack | Price (USD) | Per 1,000 coins | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| App Store Saudi Arabia | $116.00 | $0.171 | 434.99 SAR converted at 3.75 |
| App Store US (official) | $99.99 | $0.147 | In-app purchase |
| Joytify | $90.02 | $0.132 | US price list "updated 22 October 2026" |
| GamsGo | $89.54 | $0.132 | Region not stated |
| BitTopup GLOBAL | $88.79 | $0.131 | Product data |
| BitTopup MENA | $67.16 | $0.099 | Price shown on page |
Paying in rupees? Topupio lists the same packs at roughly ₹13.8–14.5 per 1,000 coins (for example, ₹9,400 for 680,000). Codashop advertises Xena from $0.54 and says it works with Mobile Alpha Limited to offer "official" XENA LIVE top-ups.
MENA vs GLOBAL: which pack should you pick?
This question confuses a lot of people, so here's the honest answer: Xena doesn't publish an official definition of "MENA" and "GLOBAL" top-up regions. These are product labels on the top-up side, and they can't override Xena's own rules.
- Check the region option before you pay. If you aren't sure which region your account belongs to, ask the seller's support first. Asking costs nothing, and a wrong-region order is a hassle.
- Check the excluded list. Xena's Terms say it doesn't provide the app, payments or salary withdrawal in Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Cuba, Myanmar, Yemen, Iraq or Somalia. Many Iraqi users and agencies are active anyway, but that's what the Terms say.
- Don't try to switch regions just to get a cheaper pack. Xena's FAQ says changing your country or region may require identity verification.
User ID vs Show ID: the mistake that loses coins
Top-ups go to the numeric User ID. They don't go to your display name, your room ID or your Show ID. Here's how to grab the right one:
- Open Xena and tap ME.
- Open Personal Information.
- Copy the numeric account ID. Copy and paste it rather than typing it.
- If you use more than one account, double-check that it's the one you want to fill. Xena's FAQ allows up to five accounts per device, which makes it easy to grab the wrong ID.
If your menus look different in another language, BitTopup has a step-by-step walkthrough on how to find your Xena Live ID.

How to buy Xena coins: the routes compared
"How do I purchase XENA Coin?" is the top question people ask Google. There are four ways to do it, and they don't carry the same risk:
| Route | How it works | Price level | Risk level |
|---|---|---|---|
| In-app (App Store / Google Play) | ME → Wallet → pick a pack | ~$0.147 per 1,000 (US); higher in some countries | Lowest; refunds go through Apple/Google |
| Official web top-up | pay.xenalive.me: enter your Xena ID, verify with a code, then pay | Not visible without logging in | Low; official route |
| Third-party UID top-up sites | Enter your User ID, pick a pack, pay; no password needed | ~$0.099–$0.137 per 1,000 (see tables) | Medium; Xena publishes no list of authorized resellers |
| Coin dealers / peer-to-peer trades | Someone "sends" you coins or buys your earnings | Varies | Highest; the Terms ban trading coins outside official channels |
Buying inside the app
- Tap ME and open your Wallet.
- Stay on the Coins tab (there's a separate Diamonds tab).
- Pick a pack and confirm the Google Play or App Store payment sheet.
- Keep the store receipt email until the coins show up.
This video (in Urdu/Hindi, but easy to follow on screen) shows the wallet and the Google Play payment step:
Topping up by User ID
- Copy your numeric User ID (see the section above).
- Open a UID top-up page, for example the Xena coins by ID recharge page, and pick MENA or GLOBAL.
- Paste the ID and choose the pack.
- Check the ID, coin amount, currency and final total before paying.
- Save the order number, then check your coin balance in the app.
Never hand over your Xena password or a verification code to anyone. A legitimate UID top-up doesn't need either.
Be clear about the rules before you choose. Xena's Terms say coins "are not permitted to be bought or transferred between users" and prohibit trading them "outside of official channels". Xena doesn't publish a list of authorized resellers. In-app and official web top-ups are the lowest-risk routes. If you use any third-party site, you're making a judgment call.

Coins didn't arrive? The fix depends on how you paid
This is one of the most common complaints on Google Play, the App Store and complaint sites. Xena's usual reply is "contact Customer Service". That's fine as far as it goes, but who can actually fix it depends on where your money went:
| You paid via | Who can actually fix it | What to send |
|---|---|---|
| App Store / Google Play | Xena support for crediting; Apple or Google for refunds. Xena's Terms say it doesn't handle payments processed by those providers. | Store receipt, order ID, numeric User ID, time of purchase |
| Official web top-up / local wallet (e.g. Easypaisa) | Xena support, plus your payment app if the money left but no "Payment Successful" screen appeared | Transaction ID, screenshot, User ID |
| Third-party UID top-up site | The seller's support first; it holds the order record | Order number, the User ID you entered, payment proof |
| Coin dealer / peer trade | Often nobody. Xena treats these trades as against the rules. | Keep all chats and receipts; report to Xena |

Here's my checklist before you message anyone:
- Make sure the payment actually went through. On local wallets, wait for the "Payment Successful" screen (shown in the flow above).
- Check you're logged into the right account. With up to five accounts on one device, this explains a surprising number of "missing" coins.
- Compare the ID on your receipt with ME → Personal Information. One wrong digit sends the coins to someone else.
- Restart the app and recheck your wallet.
- Don't pay a second time while the first order is still unresolved.
- Contact the right party from the table above. For Xena itself, go to Profile → Customer Service and type "I want to speak to an agent", or email contact@xenalive.me.
Be realistic about refunds. Xena's Terms say "all recharge actions are final" and that it does not accept refund requests unless the law requires it. I couldn't find any official statement on how long crediting should take.
Bans and your coin balance
Account and device bans are the number-one complaint theme on Şikayetvar, with 10+ complaints in the past year. Most come from players with coins in their wallet. Here's what the official documents actually say:
- Xena can suspend accounts without prior notice and without refunding unused services. That includes blocking specific IP addresses (Terms of Service).
- The community guideline says Xena is "not required to provide a reason". Using another account to get around a suspension also gets that account suspended.
- Selling or sharing accounts, reselling Xena services "such as Xena Xcoin or Xena VIP", and posting unauthorized ads are all prohibited.
- Deleting your account means you give up your remaining coins. You can restore the account within 7 days.
If you're hit with a ban, here's how to appeal:
- Screenshot the restriction message (the FAQ says Xena shows the restriction and its duration when available).
- Write down your numeric User ID and your current coin balance if you can still see it.
- Contact Xena support with your recharge receipts. Don't open new accounts in the meantime.
- Never pay anyone who offers to "unban" you for coins. At least two users have reported being asked to recharge coins to get a ban lifted.
The safest habit: keep your balance small. Top up shortly before you plan to gift, not months ahead.
Is Xena Live worth your money?
It's popular. Google Play's own data shows about 32.7 million installs since April 2024, more than older rivals such as YoHo or Hiya. But it's also divisive:

| App | Play rating | 1★ share | Play installs (exact) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Xena | 3.81 | 23.8% | 32.7M |
| YallaChat | 3.97 | 22.0% | 11.2M |
| YoHo | 4.08 | 18.5% | 27.0M |
| Hiya | 4.09 | 15.9% | 20.3M |
| SoulChill | 4.17 | 15.9% | 51.9M |
Xena has the lowest Play rating and the highest 1-star share of the eight apps I compared. Its reviews are split: 62.8% five stars and 23.8% one star. On iOS it does better (4.2★ in the US, 4.3★ and No. 17 in Social Networking in Saudi Arabia).
Coins also have no cash value under the Terms. Treat them as entertainment spending, the same as a cinema ticket.
Quick answers
What is the Xena app?
A free group voice-chat and party-room app (Android and iOS) with PK battles, Ludo, VIP and virtual gifts paid for with coins.
Is the Xena app free?
Free to download and use. Coin packs on the US App Store range from $0.49 (3,350 coins) to $99.99 (680,000 coins).
What is the Xena Lite app?
A separate Android app from the same Play developer (5M+ downloads, v2.4.0.0). Don't assume a Xena top-up applies to it.
How do I purchase XENA coins?
In-app via the Wallet, through Xena's official web top-up, or with a third-party UID top-up using your numeric User ID (not your Show ID). Compare the cost per 1,000 coins, check MENA vs GLOBAL, and remember that recharges are final.
