What Condessence Crystals cost
Estelle at Beaumont Workshop (Court of Fontaine) and Alom at the Stadium of the Sacred Flame each sell diagrams for 10 Condessence Crystals plus two local materials. Forging one copy costs 50 crystals, 50 White Iron Chunks, and one matching billet.

How to mine Condessence Crystals
Put Ningguang in the party. Trove of Marvelous Treasures marks nearby forging ore on the minimap, including veins under water.
On land, swing a Claymore or drop a Geo construct. Zhongli's pillar and Geo Traveler constructs both break nodes.
Unlock diving at any Fontaine Statue of the Seven.
Underwater, hold Normal Attack on a Xenochromatic Armored Crab (the blue crab west of Pale Forgotten Glory Domain). The skill becomes a shockwave with about a 2-second cooldown.
Stay on underwater waypoints once you hold that skill. Landing or logging out drops some xenochromatic abilities.
In Natlan, skip the crab. Walk Tequemecan Valley and later coasts with the same land kit.
Buy Imix's 10 crystals every 3 days when you pass Children of Echoes.
A 2-hour Fontaine loop
Land first. You do not need the crab for these three stops.

Dragon Skull, Beryl water
The skull-shaped rock is the landmark. Dive into the jaws and break the seabed stack with the crab shockwave. A clean pass takes about two minutes.
Beryl trench (about 22)
Teleport to the underwater waypoint south of the main Beryl water and swim north along the trench. That single path holds about 22 crystals.
Short add-ons
Thalatta Submarine Canyon adds 5 after the Seelie lock. Romaritime Harbor, south of Denouement of Sin, adds 4.
If the 70+ loop finishes early, hop underwater waypoints under the Fontaine Research Institute through Liffey, Erinnyes, and Morte. That later water is why a "34 crystal" world is outdated.
Natlan add-on and the Imix shop
Natlan reused Condessence Crystal. Most land nodes sit in Tequemecan Valley, with more along later coasts in groups of two or more near water. You mine them with a Claymore or a Geo construct.
Imix at Muhuru's Gemporium in Children of Echoes sells 10 Condessence Crystals for 1,500 Mora each and restocks every 3 days. Teleport to the Obsidian Totem Pole reputation waypoint, drop to the lower level, and open her shop.
Alom at the Stadium of the Sacred Flame charges the same 10-crystal diagram fee as Estelle. Forge cost is still 50 crystals, 50 White Iron Chunks, and one Borderland Billet.
Nod-Krai craftables from Lyulka use Rainbowdrop Crystal. Keep Condessence for Estelle and Alom.
Team for a farming session
Ningguang is the scout. Trove of Marvelous Treasures marks forging ore on the minimap. A pinned route works without her.
For Fontaine cliffs, bring Wanderer, Xianyun, Kazuha, or Sayu. In Natlan, a Tepetlisaurus or Kachina covers the canyon walls.
Kaeya or Razor cuts stamina drain on long surface walks. Any Claymore, Zhongli, or Geo Traveler breaks land nodes. Razor's charged skill also pops a cluster.
Underwater, the crab shockwave does the mining. Ningguang still paints the veins on the map.
Resin, billets, and leftover crystals
Crystal nodes cost no Original Resin. Each node returns 72 hours after you mine it, on its own clock. Pair the loop with Crystal Chunk days if those ores share your 3-day calendar.
White Iron Chunks for the forge use a 48-hour timer. Billets come from weekly bosses: Midlander for Fontaine weapons, Borderland for Natlan. If you spend resin on those bosses, compare the monthly haul in the Genshin Impact Primogem Guide.
Fontaine Adventurer's Guild expeditions do not drop Condessence Crystal. Send those runs for Bulle Fruit, Tidalga, Pluie Lotus, and Marcotte.

How often do Condessence Crystals respawn?
Each node returns 72 hours after you mine it. Nodes do not reset together. No in-game item speeds this up.
Can you still farm 70+ crystals in 2 hours?
Elynas land, Court north hills, the Dragon Skull, and the Beryl trench land 70+ without the later patches. A full world, including later Fontaine water and Natlan, is hundreds.
How many crystals do all Fontaine weapons need?
Five diagrams cost 50. Five R1 forges cost 250. That is 300 for one copy of each Fontaine weapon. R5 on all five is 1,300. Add the five Natlan weapons and the totals become 600 at R1 and 2,600 at R5.
Does co-op farming help?
Other players' worlds run their own 72-hour clocks, so you can mine the same route again in a friend's world. Ask first.
How do you mine underwater crystals?
